Pre-Dementia? Damnit, I thought senility was a later phase of life

Analysis/Discussion: Jeez, it’s truly amazing that there is now an ailment called “Pre-Dementia”. It’s described as forgetfulness, frequently misplacing items, and frequently forgetting appointments and other details. The age of onset of “pre-dementia” is when people are in their 70s-80s. Ummm… I always thought that was called GETTING OLD.

But now, I’m sure Big Pharma will whip up a “pre-dementia” pill to help ease this ailment which will hit the Baby Boomers at an alarming rate. Congrats again to the economical genius of Big Pharma and the Mass Media. My next question is “who is the marketing/psychoanalysis firm behind this next big move”?

Whoever they are, they’re doing a good job with this one on the business scale. With the aging population of Baby Boomers in the U.S., this is sure to be a “blockbuster”. I should recommend this in our ‘Money’ column, but really, we should be investing into these stocks BIG TIME! The onset of this “mass affliction” is predicted to occur in the next 10-15 years, so get your checkbooks ready NOW (if you’re into the whole earn income at all costs type of thing).

My next big question is this…what are some NATURAL methods of helping prevent this affliction? Reading, puzzles, games, and brain teasers should be engaged in EVERY SINGLE DAY leading into your elderly years. Honestly, I believe we ALL should engage in some form of thought provoking or “brain teasing” activity from like age 1-2 & up. Why rot your brain away on YouTube for the next 20 years and try to get it back into shape at the last minute? (I doubt that will work anyways…people don’t suddenly wake up one morning smarter and more cognitive than they were the previous day, it takes Mental Exercise to stay in top shape).

Well, I’ll stop giving my “Dr. Jamal” advice here, b/c I’m not a physician and I honestly don’t have any more tips to give you, lol. So check it out…
