Who would I involve? I would need to bring in some serious arbitrators! My guess is that by placing blind trust in EITHER side of this issue, you’ll be left with a crazy amount of BIAS.

In summary, the JuD has been considered a front for the same terrorist group that staged the attacks on Mumbai. The JuD is a compound that houses a school, hospital, college, and charities. As of now, the JuD has been taken over by a Punjab government official and it’s assets have been frozen.

This situation is either one of two possible things. One being a great move in the “war on terror”, by shutting down a dangerous front organization. The second being a horrible case of fabricated information used to shut down an organization that aids the citizens.

How would I assess this situation? Well, for starters, if it is indeed a Fact that the JuD went and transferred assets in upwards of MILLIONS of dollars days before the Mumbai attacks, I would have to revoke the JuD’s “benefit of the doubt”. Any time money is being moved in larger quantities than normal, you HAVE to raise a red flag.

But if this “estimate” of JuD transferred funds is more hyperbole than fact, my judgment would lead me to believe this entire seizure is ideologically motivated. A policy led attack to wipe out opponents of the Punjab government.

This could be as Virtuous or as Despicable as the handling of groups such as Food Not Bombs, Hitler’s Third Reich, and Black Panthers.
