Officially joining Un World requires an In-Depth and Intense Audition + Conversation + Interview Process.

The TMA Process is designed to be challenging. Prospective team members will be met with stress and pressure during the Assessment Phase.

  1. Prospective team members start with our 9 Question Application.
  2. Next step is our ‘Casting+Production Combine’ โ€“ an intensive 2 to 4 week process including live-demos and “in the field” projects (totaling 1-2 hours), as well as a series of audition-interviews and production sessions (scheduled for 6-hours), all combined to require 7-8 total hours.
  3. The final step is for everyone involved to finalize Negotiations and finalize an Agreement.

Potential Team Members (YOU)
You are ‘Trying-Out Un World’ to see if there is โ€˜good chemistryโ€™ and shared affinity with the team/collective.

RMC / Un World (US)
We are ‘Trying-Out Potential Team Members’ to see if there is compatibility and potential for upcoming work-projects.

We achieve this through โ€˜Organized Team Activities’ (Gaming+Visual Sessions, Convo+Art Sessions, Musical Soundtrack Sessions, Interviews, Study Rooms, and Field Training Excercises) — all leading up to publicly released works and projects.

Our process is rooted in our combine toward the UnKnown World Mission.

Our official assessment of team member’s Arts & Advocacy education is via Affinity Interviews + “In the Field” Work. These meetings = โ€˜On Airโ€™ Auditions and Production Sessions. At this stage you will be interviewed, will have the opportunity to collaborate with the team, and your submissions (‘shootouts’) will be reviewed. You will likewise be encouraged to assess ‘Un World Life’ and ‘RMC’ to determine if the team is a good fit.

Shared Affinities allow both RMC/UW and yourself to assess our collective’s Knowledge Base and Compatibility.

(1) Musical Arts Affinities provide insight into: record production, lyrical content & ideas, culture, songwriting/composition & instrumentation, melodic & harmonic structure, arrangement, sonic colors/tones & textures, visual or cinematography style, narrative lenses, creative workflow, etc.

(2) Performing Arts & Cultural Affinities provide insight into: themes, motifs, setting, characters, visual or cinematography style, world-building, narrative lenses & structures, social congruency, etc.

Live-projects (“in the field”) provide the opportunity for both RMC/UW and yourself
to assess each otherโ€™s Education & Execution
in a real-world setting.

Education is defined as: the act or process of imparting or acquiring particular knowledge or skills, as for a profession; knowledge, skill, and development gained from study or training.
